They build a wide variety of Commercial & Municipal projects ranging from $2M - $10M, both Ground-up & Renovations all throughout the state of Maine. With a huge backlog of projects in their pipeline, they are looking to bring on board a strong Project Manager, who is a team-player to assist them as they continue their growth & success.

- Successfully manage Project from start to finish
- Provide oversight & leadership to the construction team
- Communicate successfully with clients
- Enforcing strict safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
Profile
Superintendent - Commercial Builder - Portland ME Qualifications:
- 5+ yrs of Ground up project experience
- Familiarity with construction software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot field challenges, manage tight deadlines, and adapt to changing project needs while maintaining quality and safety standards.
