Seeking a strong Superintendent as portfolio of work has increased, to oversee construction projects in southern Maine.

Client Details

A Design/Build General Contractor who has successfully been building in Maine for the last 30+ years. They build a wide variety of Commercial & Municipal projects ranging from $2M - $10M, both Ground-up & Renovations all throughout the state of Maine. With a huge backlog of projects in their pipeline, they are looking to bring on board a strong Project Manager, who is a team-player to assist them as they continue their growth & success.

Superintendent - Commercial Builder - Portland ME Responsibilities:

  • Successfully manage Project from start to finish
  • Provide oversight & leadership to the construction team
  • Communicate successfully with clients
  • Enforcing strict safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.

Profile

Superintendent - Commercial Builder - Portland ME Qualifications:

  • 5+ yrs of Ground up project experience
  • Familiarity with construction software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot field challenges, manage tight deadlines, and adapt to changing project needs while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Job Offer
