Job Title: High-End Residential Construction Superintendent
Location: Bay Area, California
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 annually (DOE) Bonus Benefits

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent with extensive experience in high-end residential construction. This individual will be responsible for day-to-day on-site supervision, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control from groundbreaking through final punch list.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all field operations for luxury custom home projects ($3M )


  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, designers, and clients


  • Maintain project schedule and ensure timely delivery of milestones


  • Ensure adherence to high-quality construction standards and details


  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers


  • Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with OSHA standards


  • Conduct daily site walkthroughs, manage inspections, and resolve jobsite issues


  • Maintain daily logs, look-ahead schedules, and site documentation



Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in high-end residential construction


  • Proven track record managing ground-up custom homes in the $3M-$15M range


  • Deep understanding of structural systems, MEP coordination, and luxury finishes


  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills


  • Proficiency in Procore, Buildertrend, or comparable construction management software


  • OSHA 30 Certification preferred


  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans


  • Local Bay Area experience highly preferred
