Job Title: High-End Residential Construction Superintendent

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 annually (DOE) Bonus Benefits

Job Summary:We are seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent with extensive experience in high-end residential construction. This individual will be responsible for day-to-day on-site supervision, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control from groundbreaking through final punch list.
Key Responsibilities:Manage all field operations for luxury custom home projects ($3M )
Collaborate with project managers, architects, designers, and clients
Maintain project schedule and ensure timely delivery of milestones
Ensure adherence to high-quality construction standards and details
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
Monitor site safety and enforce compliance with OSHA standards
Conduct daily site walkthroughs, manage inspections, and resolve jobsite issues
Maintain daily logs, look-ahead schedules, and site documentation
Qualifications:5 years of experience as a Superintendent in high-end residential construction
Proven track record managing ground-up custom homes in the $3M-$15M range
Deep understanding of structural systems, MEP coordination, and luxury finishes
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in Procore, Buildertrend, or comparable construction management software
OSHA 30 Certification preferred
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans
Local Bay Area experience highly preferred
