Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Production Home Superintendent to oversee the construction of residential communities. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of production homebuilding processes. The ideal candidate will manage multiple builds simultaneously, ensuring homes are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily field operations for multiple homes under construction
- Ensure projects adhere to established schedules, budgets, and quality standards
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout all phases of construction
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with local building codes
- Address and resolve any job site challenges to keep projects on track
- Maintain clear communication with homeowners, subcontractors, and internal teams
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in production homebuilding (single-family preferred)
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of construction scheduling, materials, and quality control processes
- Proficiency in construction management software is a plus
- OSHA certification is preferred but not required
