Description


  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the construction site, ensuring projects progress according to schedule.
  • Manage and direct the work of subcontractors, laborers, and other personnel, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, making adjustments as necessary to avoid delays or cost overruns.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations, conducting regular site inspections to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, work logs, and quality control documents.
  • Enforce quality control procedures to ensure all work meets or exceeds project specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing updates and addressing concerns as needed.


Profile

Candidates Profile:

  • 4+ years of field experience, preferably in commercial/ life science construction
  • Experience in managing multiple employees

  • Degree in constructin management
  • Combination of education and experience to be able to perform the essential duties of the position
  • Knowledge of industry methods of scheduling, contracting, cost reporting, safety, and quality
  • Ability to understand and implement the technical aspects of construction
  • Ability to manage, coach, lead and train subordinates
