We are seeking a seasoned Concrete Restoration Superintendent to oversee field operations on major restoration projects in Miami. This is a permanent opportunity to join a well-respected GC known for delivering exceptional quality and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Description
Supervise and coordinate all field activities related to concrete restoration projects
Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and project schedules are met
Manage and lead subcontractors, laborers, and vendors on site
Conduct daily site walks, update project progress, and resolve field issues in real-time
Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients
Maintain accurate documentation, including reports, timesheets, and inspection logs
Profile
5+ years of superintendent experience specifically in concrete restoration
Strong understanding of structural repair techniques, waterproofing systems, and OSHA safety standards
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Based in South Florida or willing to relocate to Miami
