We are seeking a seasoned Concrete Restoration Superintendent to oversee field operations on major restoration projects in Miami. This is a permanent opportunity to join a well-respected GC known for delivering exceptional quality and maintaining long-term client relationships.

Description


  • Supervise and coordinate all field activities related to concrete restoration projects

  • Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and project schedules are met

  • Manage and lead subcontractors, laborers, and vendors on site

  • Conduct daily site walks, update project progress, and resolve field issues in real-time

  • Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and clients

  • Maintain accurate documentation, including reports, timesheets, and inspection logs





Profile


  • 5+ years of superintendent experience specifically in concrete restoration

  • Strong understanding of structural repair techniques, waterproofing systems, and OSHA safety standards

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Based in South Florida or willing to relocate to Miami
