Description
Oversee day-to-day site operations for mixed-use multifamily construction projects.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure timely project delivery.
Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and building codes.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and reporting to key stakeholders.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any construction or logistical issues.
Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to drive project success.
Ensure all documentation is completed accurately, including progress reports and compliance records.
Profile
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing mixed-use and multifamily construction projects.
Strong knowledge of local building codes and construction best practices in Miami/Florida.
Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors while maintaining project timelines and budgets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
OSHA certification and relevant construction management certifications are highly desirable.
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
