Description

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations for mixed-use multifamily construction projects.

  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to ensure timely project delivery.

  • Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and building codes.

  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and reporting to key stakeholders.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any construction or logistical issues.

  • Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to drive project success.

  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately, including progress reports and compliance records.

Profile

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing mixed-use and multifamily construction projects.

  • Strong knowledge of local building codes and construction best practices in Miami/Florida.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors while maintaining project timelines and budgets.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • OSHA certification and relevant construction management certifications are highly desirable.

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
