The Superintendent is responsible for the overall delivery of Luxury Residential and Commercial projects, overall site safety, scheduling and management of subcontractors and ensuring perfection on projects.

Description
- Direct day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force
- Maintain good relationships with internal and external clients
- Develop and maintain site logistics plan
- Deliver projects on-time and under budget
- Conduct quality inspections
- Monitor costs, including labor time and material
- Manage schedules, including preparation of detailed short-term schedules and ensuring all activities take place on or ahead of scheduled dates
- Prepare and submit Daily Reports
- Attend and participate in project meetings, including subcontractor meetings
Profile
- 5 + years of experience as a Superintendent with commercial or Luxury Residential Projects
- Miami-Dade County Project experience (2 + full projects)
- Strong experience with Project Management Software: ProCore, Builder Trend or similar software
- OSHA-30 Certification preferred
- Strong ability to read drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and client care.
