Description
- Lead day-to-day onsite operations for commercial construction projects from mobilization through closeout
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, site safety, and quality control in alignment with company standards
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, clients, and inspectors to ensure timely and efficient progress
- Maintain accurate daily logs, look-ahead schedules, and enforce safety protocols
- Oversee self-perform crews when applicable and ensure subcontractor compliance with project scope
- Utilize Procore for all documentation, RFIs, submittals, and field reports
Profile
The right Construction Superintendent will have:
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a GC
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Construction Technology, or related field preferred
- Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple projects
- Strong literacy of MS Word, Excel and Procore
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- OSHA 30
