Description

  • Lead day-to-day onsite operations for commercial construction projects from mobilization through closeout
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, site safety, and quality control in alignment with company standards
  • Coordinate closely with Project Managers, clients, and inspectors to ensure timely and efficient progress
  • Maintain accurate daily logs, look-ahead schedules, and enforce safety protocols
  • Oversee self-perform crews when applicable and ensure subcontractor compliance with project scope
  • Utilize Procore for all documentation, RFIs, submittals, and field reports

Profile

The right Construction Superintendent will have:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a GC
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Construction Technology, or related field preferred
  • Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple projects
  • Strong literacy of MS Word, Excel and Procore
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • OSHA 30
