Description


  • Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget

  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, field staff, inspections, and material deliveries

  • Maintain daily logs, monitor job progress, and provide consistent reporting to project management

  • Enforce jobsite safety, quality control, and cleanliness in accordance with company standards

  • Schedule and conduct subcontractor meetings and site walks

  • Work closely with the Project Manager to manage project schedule, RFI responses, and change orders

  • Proactively identify and resolve issues in the field before they affect schedule or budget

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, inspectors, and the client's representatives


Profile


  • Experience as a Ground-Up Superintendent

  • Strong knowledge of both CMU and wood frame construction

  • Ability to manage field staff, subcontractors, and onsite logistics with precision

  • Excellent communication and scheduling skills

  • A "boots-on-the-ground" mindset and strong presence in the field

  • Local to the Las Vegas area
