Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects, from groundbreaking through completion.
  • Ensure projects adhere to design specifications, safety protocols, and timelines.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain smooth project flow.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, change orders, and schedules.
  • Lead site meetings and ensure all construction team members are aligned with the project goals.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably in multifamily or residential construction.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and technology is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field is a plus.
