Description
Oversee all field operations on ground-up commercial projects valued at $20M+.
Manage daily job site activities, ensuring adherence to schedule, quality, and safety standards.
Coordinate and supervise all subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
Maintain consistent communication with Project Managers and ownership groups.
Conduct regular site meetings, inspections, and reporting to ensure project milestones are met.
Enforce all OSHA safety regulations and company policies on-site.
Solve on-site issues quickly and efficiently, minimizing delays and cost overruns.
Profile
7+ years of experience in a Superintendent role focused on large-scale commercial projects.
Proven track record managing ground-up construction jobs in the $20M+ range.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage complex project schedules and multi-trade coordination.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Strong understanding of construction means and methods, building codes, and safety regulations.
Based in or willing to relocate to Fort Lauderdale or surrounding areas.
