Description
The Superintendent - Lab and Life Science Construction is responsible for
- Oversee the Assistant Superintendents and manage day-to-day operations on various commercial projects, focusing on hospital, life science, and academic sectors.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
- Utilize Procore software for project management and reporting.
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
Profile
The successful Superintendent - Lab and Life Science Construction
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
- Proven project background in commercial, hospital, life science, and academic sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
- Familiarity with Procore or similar project management software.
- Commutable to the greater Boston area - preferably north/northwest of the city
