The Superintendent is responsible for on the job oversite of interior build outs in the lab and life science space. The bulk of the work is in the Greater Boston area and the company is based Northwest of Boston.

Description

The Superintendent - Lab and Life Science Construction is responsible for

  • Oversee the Assistant Superintendents and manage day-to-day operations on various commercial projects, focusing on hospital, life science, and academic sectors.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to facilitate effective communication and workflow.
  • Utilize Procore software for project management and reporting.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.

Profile

The successful Superintendent - Lab and Life Science Construction

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
  • Proven project background in commercial, hospital, life science, and academic sectors.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
  • Familiarity with Procore or similar project management software.
  • Commutable to the greater Boston area - preferably north/northwest of the city
