Project Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to oversee the coordination, scheduling, and construction of projects. This role involves ensuring safety, quality, budget, and timeline objectives are met, while collaborating with project managers, designers, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and enforce safety practices on site.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate with subcontractors and project teams.
  • Review plans, specifications, and submittals for accuracy.
  • Manage equipment, material orders, and job costs.
  • Maintain project schedules and resolve quality or production issues.
  • Supervise personnel, conduct evaluations, and promote employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience building water treatment plants.
  • 4+ years of experience in water/wastewater or related construction.
  • 8+ years in construction management or craft supervision.
  • MUST have experience working with a general contractor, with self-performing work.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, equipment, and technology.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
