We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Superintendent for Healthcare Construction with a strong background in OSHPD/HCAi. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the leading companies in the Construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all stages of healthcare construction projects, from planning to completion, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. The role involves working closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals, ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with OSHPD compliance and other relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all stages of healthcare construction projects, including planning, design, construction, and completion.
2. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
3. Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
4. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with OSHPD compliance and other relevant regulations.
5. Supervise and manage construction teams, ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards.
6. Resolve any issues or problems that arise during the construction process.
7. Review and approve project plans and specifications, ensuring they meet all relevant regulations and standards.
8. Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management.
9. Ensure all safety and quality control standards are met at all times.
10. Coordinate with healthcare providers and other stakeholders, ensuring all needs and requirements are met.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare construction, with a strong background in Hospital, remodel, Construction Renovations, HCAI, TI, Ground Up, OSHPD Compliance.
2. Proven experience as a Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry.
3. In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and safety guidelines.
4. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of professionals.
7. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards.
9. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
10. Relevant certifications, such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Certified Professional Constructor (CPC), are highly desirable.
