Salary: $40 - $65 per hour

We are a Construction Manager with over 15 years of exceptional service to our clients. We focus primary in the Life Science construction market with a strong backlog over the next 5 years. As an employee centered firm, we value work/life balance. We are seeking a skilled Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in coordination, scheduling, and be organized. The candidate must also possess a deep knowledge of electrical systems as this project will be an EV charging station.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise trades on construction projects
- Develop and maintain schedules and ensure they are on track
- Ensure all MEP installations meet the required codes and standards
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project success
- Develop and implement quality control measures
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed on site
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Construction coordination, scheduling, and oversight.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or construction management preferred
- Deep knowledge of Electrical or Sitework trades
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other professionals
- Understanding of safety protocols and regulations
