FRONT DESK ATTENDANTS to join the Sunnyside Resorts team. The starting rate is $23/hr and we are looking for full-time and part-time candidates who can work year-round.

PREFERRED / REQUIRED SKILLS: - US Work Authorization Required. We use E-Verify to confirm Employment Eligibility Verification.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Experience: One year administrative or clerical experience preferred.
- Computer Skills: One year administrative or clerical experience preferred. Experience with Point of Sale System a plus.
- Certificates & Licenses: Must take and pass all training tests 90% or higher.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.

POSITION SUMMARY Provide the highest level of quality and service to our guests. Act as the first point of contact for guests as they arrive at the restaurant and lodge and assist them with visit accommodations and dining arrangements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Assist guests with checking in and out of lodge.
- Assist guests in making room reservations over the phone or online.
- Offer and assist guests with carrying their luggage to and from their room on the first and second floors of lodge.
- Communicate all lodge policies to guests, such as daily rates, cancellations, and specials.
- Work with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and welcoming for incoming guests.
- Re-stock and take down the continental breakfast.
- Assist guests with concierge services such as dinner reservations at ours and other restaurants, recommending hiking, boating, and other activities
- Assist guests in making reservations as they call or arrive at the restaurant utilizing the reservation book or Open Table reservation system.
- Answer questions regarding restaurant hours of operation, menu items, and assist guests with any other requests as needed.
- Answer incoming telephone calls within 3 rings in a friendly and professional manner.
- Be able to multi-task between assisting guests as they arrive, answering the telephone, and assisting co- workers.
- Perform restroom checks to ensure they are clean and adequately stocked.
- Collect and clean each menu as well as clean and restock the Greeter work stations.
- Must be dependable, report to work as scheduled and on time, and follow all policies regarding attendance.
- Work in a safe manner and report any safety concerns; personal, employee or guest injury.
- Follow food safety program guidelines of handwashing, bare hands, hygiene and health.
