Key Responsibilities: - Assist in mapping current HR processes to visualize workflows and identify inefficiencies
- Create and maintain documentation related to HR processes, including process flows, guidelines, and training materials
- Communicate with various stakeholders to gather insights and feedback on current HR processes
- Support HR team members in various projects aimed at improving efficiency and effectiveness
- Assist in creating training materials for new processes or tools
Special Projects: - HR SOP Mapping
- Support changes in Web Author
Skills and Qualifications: - Education path for BS/BA in related subject area
- Proficient Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Power Point, Access, Word)
- Understanding of project management methodology preferred but not required
- Ability to cull, manipulate, and standardize data and proficiency in one or more of the following: Access (queries and macros), Excel (formulas and macros), SQL (SSRS - data visualizations, SSMS - data modeling, SSIS - ETL management) and/or Power BI
- Attention to Detail: Precision in reviewing processes and documenting findings.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Ability to create and deliver presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively
- Process Mapping: Familiarity with process mapping techniques and tools (e.g., flowcharts, diagrams)
- Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles to assist in process improvement initiatives
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude and ability to work well in a team environment
