  1. Position: Summer Food Service Program Meal Preparation Staffing
Summer Site Lead (1 position); Support Staff (3 positions) - 5 hours per day/4 days per week (hours may vary depending on program size)

June 23 - July 31, 2025

5 hours per day/4 days per week (Mon, Tues, Wed, Thur)

Work Site: OJSHS

Start Date: June 23, 2025

Minimum Qualifications (All Applicants):
  1. High school diploma or equivalent (If current student, this requirement is waived).
  2. Ability to follow directions and carry out assigned tasks.
  3. Must obtain a Food Handlers card (Reimbursed by District).
  4. Knowledge of kitchen utensils, equipment and sanitary methods of food preparation/handling.
  5. Valid Driver's License
Site Supervisor -
  1. Organizing and assisting with food preparation and distribution.
  2. Paperwork requirements - meal counts, production records, food inventory. Communicate food needs with the Food Service Coordinator on a regular basis. Deliver completed paper work to the Food Service Coordinator daily.
  3. Organizing and managing staff for food preparation/distribution.
Both positions:
  1. Preparing, handling and storing food in accordance with proper food safety guidelines
  2. Understanding the Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) System
  3. Ensuring food service equipment is properly maintained and secured
  4. Able to lift up to 50 lbs
