This is a 12-week paid learning experience during which you'll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. We invite you to come innovate with mentors who will challenge you to develop meaningful skills. You'll contribute your creativity and outstanding ideas, while working alongside T-Mobile employees. We'll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact. What You'll Do

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product marketing for T-Mobile's mobile security and family protection solutions. This position will work on projects such as competitive analysis for future value-added services initiatives, market research and customer experience evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer behavior and possible communication method improvements for value added services
  • Monitor and report on the performance of in-app marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Competitive landscape analysis
  • Collaborate with the product marketing team on ongoing campaigns, providing recommendations for messaging improvements.
  • Receive one on one coaching and mentorship
  • Attend summer intern learning programs
What It Takes

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interested in digital service products
  • Able to understand technical product details and communicate benefits to a consumer
  • Able to define success metrics and analyze data to prove results
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR be actively enrolled in Bachelors or Graduate degree program
  • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships
Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on experience/location.
