Advertised Job Summary:Primary Job Responsibilities and Duties include:
- Provide professional and customer-friendly assistance to clients in person, via email or by phone.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of identification cards (Carolina Cards) for large groups and client-facing marketing materials.
- Compile and maintain records of client accounts.
- Screening feedback and requests from clients and liaise with relevant departments within USC to provide solutions.
- Answer phones, check voicemails, respond to emails.
- Operate a register for Card Office transactions.
- Escalate complaints to department leadership.
- Liaise with in-house technology team to produce offerings and assess related costs.
- Other duties as assigned.
This position will operate primarily out of the Carolina Card office, located in the Pendleton Parking Garage. However, some duties take place in the Russell House.
Qualifications:Be a current University of South Carolina student.
Have good verbal and written communication skills.
