The partnership includes overseeing the Raymond James Stadium food and beverage program development and management for concessions, suites and premium areas for all game days, concerts, special events and any food and beverage related activations for the iconic Pirate Ship. The Role: Pantry Coordinator Under the direction of the Suites Manager, the Pantry Coordinator is responsible for accurately servicing event-day orders and ensuring prompt delivery of orders
Primary Responsibilities- Follows assignments for opening and closing procedures and food preparation.
- Ensures that proper food temperatures are maintained, and items are accurately delivered.
- Responsible for safety standards, neatness and sanitation of work areas.
- Maintain cleanliness of pantry including shelves, walls, floors and drains.
- Participates as a team player with specific responsibilities as related, excellent service and delivery of product.
- Handles and cleans kitchen equipment carefully and safely to prevent damage or injury.
- Must organize all suite orders to ensure proper delivery of orders.
- Enters in all event day orders into the POS system and reconciles all advance Suite orders.
- Must work with all Suite Attendants in obtaining accurate payment from each suite.
- Responsible for properly controlling inventory in the Suite Pantry.
- Works as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the stadium.
- Performs and successfully completes tasks assigned by management.
- Responsible for reconciliation at close of event
- Adhere to the Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelines
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Can effectively communicate and relate to all levels within the organization; creates and builds positive and productive relationships
- Responds quickly and effectively to changing trends and circumstances; embraces change and adapts; learns from past mistakes and adjusts accordingly
- Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Culinary training preferred
- Must be able to obtain food safety and responsible alcohol service certifications
- Must have two (2) to three (3) years working in a fast-paced high-end club, or restaurant
- Must be available for all Tampa Bay Buccaneers games and major Stadium events
- Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time
- Must have the ability to lift, push, pull approximately 25lbs
- Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time while navigating ramps, stairs and elevators.
- Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and additional job specific safety training
