Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SuccessFactors LMS Project Manager to lead the implementation, optimization, and adoption of SuccessFactors learning modules across our organization. This role bridges technical expertise with HRIS end-user understanding, ensuring seamless project execution and strategic alignment with our shift toward skill-based training and certifications.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in technology or business
- 5-7+ years managing medium to large technical solution implementations
- 5+ years with SAP SuccessFactors (technical configuration or HRIS user perspective)
- Proven track record in LMS or HRIS project implementations
- Experience with Talent and Training modules in SuccessFactors
- Strong understanding of skill-based training methodologies and LMS integration points
- Exceptional project management, communication, training, and change management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Online (O365/M365) environment
- Experience with Agile project management methodology
- Data analysis and manipulation skills
- Proficiency with Visio and project management software (MSProject, Planner, DevOps)
- Functional and technical skills with SuccessFactors Talent Management Modules
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Implementation:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors LMS, focusing on Talent and Training modules.
- Manage project timelines, stakeholder communication, and deliverables.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and oversee configuration/customization with IT and vendors.
Training Module Expertise:
- Design scalable, user-centric training programs using SuccessFactors modules.
- Serve as subject matter expert for module functionality, configuration, and reporting.
- Align LMS capabilities with talent development objectives.
Skill-Based Training Transition:
- Lead the shift to a skill-based training and certification model.
- Ensure modules and certifications are tied to verifiable skill assessments.
- Collaborate with HR, L&D, and department leaders to create training paths supporting upskilling and compliance.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Change Management:
- Act as liaison between HR, IT, training teams, and business leaders.
- Facilitate training and onboarding for system users and administrators.
- Promote user adoption and monitor system usage to ensure success and return on investment.
Process Analysis:
- Facilitates sessions with unrelated teams to break down business process, identify gaps and define options to remediate.
- Experience analyzing business processes and using requirements to develop common data models.
Implementation:
- Manages major projects and small/minor programs. Includes understanding the work, how the work achieves the project goals, and providing transparency and accountability for delivery to the schedule.
- Works with multiple cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
- Resolves most obstacles and project conflicts and knows when to escalate.
Compensation:
$50/hr to $60/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
