SUBSTITUTE BUS DRIVER: The ideal candidate will have experience driving a bus as well as working with children. Free comprehensive training is provided to obtain a CDL and qualify for employment. Pay Rate & Qualifications: Hourly Rate: $17 High school diploma or equivalent Must be at least 21 years of age Possess a clean driving record and valid driver's license NYS Education Department and NYS Dept. of Transportation Fingerprint Clearance (instructions will be provided) Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Operation of a school bus in transporting students to and from school and school district functions.
• Ensure safety of all students.
• Obey all traffic laws

SUBSTITUTE CLEANER: Pay Rate - Minimum Wage Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience preferred but not required Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
• Refilling supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels
• Coordinating duties with other cleaners
• Performing maintenance activities related to cleaning such as ensuring bathrooms are sanitary
• Proactivity and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and the ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely
• Excellent time management skills, ability to multitask and maintain schedule while responding to incidents
• Applicant must be physically capable for the demands of the job

SUBSTITUTE NURSE Substitute School nurses oversee the emotional, mental, physical, and social health of students. They provide students with basic health services throughout the school day. Experience preferred. Pay Rate & Qualifications: Licensed Daily Rate: $160 Licensed Nurses have a Registered Nurse (RN) License Unlicensed Daily Rate: $131 High School Diploma or equivalent required At least two years of college experience Job Duties and Responsibilities: Treat students and staff as needed Document daily activities Consult with teachers, school administrators and other school staff regarding student care Administer medication Knowledge of many areas of health including mental health Ability to work independently or with others Ability to communicate well with Others and to assess situations and act quickly Knowledge of state health regulations
