Oversee and manage construction, quality, scope, cost, schedule, and production of projects. Support the Project Manager and Construction Team with construction issues that may arise and assist in troubleshooting. Perform regular site visits to active construction sites to observe ongoing construction activities and note any general observations of progress, construction issues, safety, quality, and/or environmental for reporting to PM team. Mitigate potential issues with the design/construction and assist in the improvement. This position is in the transmission and distribution field so there will be consistent work on substations.
The ideal candidate will:
- Understand components of substations
- Have electrical T&D Field Construction experience
- Able to use technology to update all parties on all aspects of the project
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills
