We are seeking a Construction Manager based in Odessa, Texas to oversee Substation Construction projects for our client. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and experience in the construction industry, particularly in building utility scale substations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
- Communicate regularly with project team members and clients to provide updates and address concerns
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management
- Experience with renewable energy projects is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices
