Substance Use Counselor Annapolis MD Substance Use Counselor to work in the Outpatient Mental Health Clinic. Candidate must be a licensed social worker with experience in substance use treatment or a licensed Substance Use Counselor with CSC-AD, CAC-AD, or LCADC.
