Subsea Fabrication Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a Subsea Fabrication Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of subsea fabrication projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and excellence.

Subsea Fabrication Manager Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Ensure all fabrication processes meet the conpany's quality standards and client specifications, implementing quality control procedures and conducting regular inspections.
  • Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all HSE regulations and best practices.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures as necessary.
  • Coordinate and allocate resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to optimize project efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Provide technical guidance and support for subsea fabrication activities, resolving any technical challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project performance and delivery.

Subsea Fabrication Manager Position Requirements

  • 8 years' experience in similar role as Fabrication Manager
  • Past experience either at fabrication yards onshore or in offshore construction companies handling fabrication onshore
  • International Experience (i.e. past experiences shall include fabrication scopes outside of the US)
  • Extremely committed and focused on HSE and Quality
