Submarine Program Analyst
Project Manager (VA Class Material)

Responsibilities:
Develop and coordinate execution of a joint NAVSEA/NAVSUP POAM to drive resolutions for VIRGINIA Class submarine Block III depot availability material support issues. Provide support to the NAVSEA lead for this activity:
- Re-evaluate opportunities for immediate improvement
- Availability Tiger Teams
- Leverage War Room and other management capabilities
- Sustained engagement with enterprise stakeholders
- Press for enterprise-wide resolutions of root causes
- Initial POAM alignment with PMS 392 - develop cadence for regular meetings with Shipyards, Project Teams, and NAVSEA partners
Requirements:
- Actively developed and participated in programmatic/project management actions for submarine material support for depot availabilities.
- Knowledge of the governing instructions, including the Baseline Project Management Plan (BPMP).
- Knowledge of the building blocks for submarine depot availabilities, to include: Availability Work Packages, Job Summaries, Job Material Lists (JMLs)
- Understand the responsibilities and roles of NAVSUP, NAVSEA, and executing activities with respect to material management and support for submarine depot availabilities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or related technical field (preferred)
- Must be a US Citizen with Secret Security Clearance
