Description: You will be the Subcontract Administrator for the THAAD Global Supply Chain team. Our team is responsible for supporting the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) program by facilitating the procurement cycle and developing professional working relationships with our supply base.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Subcontract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the procurement cycle from purchase order placement to part delivery, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of parts to support build operations. You will be an integral part of the Program Execution team, working closely with executive leadership and the supply base to drive results.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating the procurement cycle from PO placement to part delivery

• Developing and maintaining professional working relationships with the supply base

• Providing part delivery status to Executive leadership on a regular basis

• Identifying and mitigating delivery issues that may impact build support

• Documenting and executing mitigation plans to ensure parts arrive on time

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain a US Security clearance

• Knowledge and experience of the proposal process, Risk Mitigation, Project Management as it relates to Supply Chain.

• Experience with Program and Supply Chain Risk and Opportunity Management

• Working knowledge of SAP and/or Procure to Pay (P2P)

• Ability to make strategic decisions while delivering results

• Previous experience preparing and delivering presentations
Desired Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

• Familiar with FAR/DFAR regulations.

• Work independently and delivers high impact results without leadership micro-management.

• Team player that will provide synergy, input and seek guidance when needed for professional growth.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
