Subaru Service Advisor

Kocourek Subaru is currently seeking a Service Advisor to join our fast paced, friendly, and fun atmosphere.

Candidates should possess the five important traits that cannot be taught: talent, attitude, drive, energy, and character.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet guests promptly and with a genuine smile
Document guest and vehicle information
Clearly record all vehicle concerns as described by the guest
Determine, then recommend, required maintenance based on age, mileage, and history
Prepare a complete and accurate cost estimate
Establish follow-up schedule
Monitor the vehicle progress of each vehicle progress and provide frequent updates
Reconcile final invoice with the work performed
Clearly explain all completed work and charges

REQUIREMENTS:

Preferred 1-year minimum service-related experience in a service-related advisory role
Positive attitude
High volume ability
CSI-focused
