Involve Recruitment are in search of Sub Agent for our client a civil engineering main contractor. As a Civils Sub Agent, you ll assist in managing civil engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You will oversee the site team, maintain health and safety compliance, and ensure quality control across the project.
MUST BE CANDIDATES BASED IN SOUTH WALES.
Responsibilities:
- Support Site Agent in managing day-to-day site operations.
- Supervise and coordinate site teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance on-site.
- Assist with project reporting and documentation.
- Monitor quality and progress, resolving issues promptly.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar role within civil engineering.
- Relevant qualifications (Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications desirable.
- Full UK driving license.
