Job Title: Internal Sales Representative

Location: Brooklyn, New York

Company Overview: BURN Studio is a multi-platform production studio that designs stories for brands, specializing in high-end, multi-platform content for advertising agencies and direct-to-brand clients. Our mission is to elevate brand narratives through storytelling across traditional and emerging platforms. As we expand our footprint in the advertising and brand-direct sectors, we're seeking a dynamic Internal Sales Representative to drive our growth initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Email Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the design team to establish and achieve monthly email marketing objectives, ensuring alignment with overall sales strategies.
  2. CRM Management: Accurately input and analyze data from email marketing campaigns into Salesforce, maintaining data integrity and providing actionable insights.
  3. Drip Campaign Development: Design and implement multi-week drip campaigns tailored to targeted audiences, enhancing engagement and conversion rates.
  4. Market Research: Monitor industry publications and platforms such as LinkedIn, Adweek, Ad Age, Shots, and LBB to identify emerging opportunities and trends.
  5. Sales Strategy Formulation: Craft and execute comprehensive sales strategies to engage both existing and prospective clients, driving revenue growth.
  6. AI Integration: Utilize AI tools to streamline and enhance BURN's internal sales processes, improving efficiency and effectiveness.
  7. Agency Partnership Development: Collaborate with external sales representatives to increase BURN's visibility and partnerships within the advertising agency landscape.
  8. Client Engagement: Achieve and exceed monthly targets for new business meetings and prospect calls, fostering strong client relationships.

Prior Experience (Preferred)
  • Experience in an advertising agency , creative studio , or startup brand sales/marketing department
  • Track record of generating qualified leads and nurturing them into clients
  • Understanding of the production and campaign process from creative briefing to final delivery
  • Ability to speak fluently to creative capabilities and identify opportunities for collaboration


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the creative or advertising industries.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing strategies and campaign management.
  • Familiarity with AI tools applicable to sales and marketing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
