We're hiring a full-time Studio Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across both Maitland and Winter Garden studios, elevate the client experience, and drive performance through smart systems and people leadership.
What You'll Do:
- Own and streamline daily operations: scheduling, systems, supplies, staff accountability
- Oversee and elevate the client journey: from first class to long-term loyalty
- Lead front desk and instructor teams with clear KPIs, energy, and presence
- Track metrics: retention, churn, revenue per client, class attendance
- Collaborate with ownership weekly to drive growth and operational excellence
- Create a culture of excellence and warmth that reflects the Soteria brand
Who You Are:
- You've managed a team before and thrive on leadership and structure
- You're people-first, but process-driven - you bring both warmth and efficiency
- You've worked in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or boutique retail
- You're fluent in scheduling software (Mindbody a plus) and know how to manage retention, rosters, and renewals
- You're a self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what needs to be done - you see it and do it
Compensation & Perks:
- Base salary: $60,000-$70,000
- Performance bonuses based on revenue & retention goals
