Job Description

Reynolds is one of the largest community colleges in Virginia and serves Virginia's capital city and five nearby counties. Annually, our four campus sites serve approximately 13,000 credit students and provide training for 7,400 students through the Community College Workforce Alliance. Reynolds is committed to ensuring that we hire and retain a highly skilled, diverse, and culturally competent staff at all levels of the organization. We also believe in providing an ongoing investment in our faculty and staff to deepen their skills and competencies to serve the full range of our student population.

Student Support Services helps Reynolds Students get connected to federal, state, local, and institutional benefits and resources, by screening students for benefits and working with them through the application process for those benefits. Connecting more students to benefits will help mitigate or remove the effects of external variables that may inhibit a student's ability to perform in the classroom, or otherwise persist at the College.

This role serves as the Records Manager of the department and ensures the office functions in a professional and effective manner. Assist with clerical, data entry and receptionist needs of the office. Serves as first point of contact for inquiries from the community.
