Nature & Purpose of Position:The Parking and Transportation Office is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented student assistant to assist with issuing parking citations. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring parking areas, identifying violations, and issuing citations in accordance with university policies. You will also assist with maintaining accurate records of citations, handling inquiries related to violations, and supporting the resolution of parking disputes. Additionally, you will be cross-trained in office operations to provide support as needed. Ideal candidates should have strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Flexible hours are available to accommodate your class schedule, though some work outside normal operating hours may be required for events and special circumstances. This is a great opportunity for students to gain experience in enforcement, customer service, and office administration.
