A leading shell contractor is seeking an experienced Structural Project Manager to oversee a 60-story high-rise project in the heart of Miami. This is a high-impact leadership role ideal for a candidate with strong concrete structure and vertical construction experience.

Description


  • Lead and manage all structural construction activities for a 60-story residential tower.

  • Coordinate daily with superintendents, subcontractors, engineers, and clients to ensure schedule, safety, and quality standards are met.

  • Oversee project budgeting, cost control, and forecasting.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules and construction sequencing.

  • Monitor and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations.

  • Interface regularly with ownership groups and design teams, providing updates and solving complex construction issues as they arise.


Profile


  • 5+ years of experience managing structural concrete or shell construction on high-rise projects (20+ stories).

  • Proven track record leading projects from groundbreaking through topping out.

  • Deep understanding of structural drawings, concrete pours, formwork, rebar, and sequencing.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage field teams and liaise with developers/GCs.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
