Description
Lead and manage all structural construction activities for a 60-story residential tower.
Coordinate daily with superintendents, subcontractors, engineers, and clients to ensure schedule, safety, and quality standards are met.
Oversee project budgeting, cost control, and forecasting.
Develop and maintain project schedules and construction sequencing.
Monitor and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations.
Interface regularly with ownership groups and design teams, providing updates and solving complex construction issues as they arise.
Profile
5+ years of experience managing structural concrete or shell construction on high-rise projects (20+ stories).
Proven track record leading projects from groundbreaking through topping out.
Deep understanding of structural drawings, concrete pours, formwork, rebar, and sequencing.
Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage field teams and liaise with developers/GCs.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
