Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine fabrication details and requirements
Fabricate structural metal components through cutting, bending, welding, grinding, and machining
Operate a variety of fabrication equipment, including saws, shears, press brakes, welding tools, and machining centers
Conduct quality checks and make precise adjustments to meet tight tolerances
Clearly label and track all parts throughout the production process
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment; assist in regular equipment upkeep
Collaborate with team members in production and quality assurance to ensure timely delivery of accurate parts
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, offering input on workflow efficiency and fabrication techniques
Support other shop and fabrication tasks as needed
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 2 years of hands-on structural metal fabrication experience
Proficiency with fabrication tools and equipment (welding, cutting, forming, and machining)
Strong ability to read and accurately interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Solid understanding of fabrication techniques, measurements, and safety practices
Reliable, detail-oriented, and quality-focused
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
Excellent communication and time management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
