Location: This job is considered to be a hybrid position with the employee expected to travel to Beachwood, Ohio for one week out of six weeks.
About the Job- As part of this role, you will work closely with our sales and marketing teams, along with concrete producers and contractors, providing expert technical guidance to facilitate the implementation of advanced high-performance concrete technologies.
About the Role
- Develop and implement pull-through strategies for securing concrete-related specifications and projects. Provide technical support, structural analysis, and design for innovative high-performance concrete technologies.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and R&D teams to develop supporting materials that showcase the effectiveness and benefits of our product line, reinforcing our brand's leadership and specification-related efforts.
- Cultivate relationships within the A/E community and actively participate in industry groups like ACI, ASTM International, PCI, NPCA, and NCSEA. Engage in promotional activities, in-person events, and webinars to convey the company; industry leadership and support the adoption of new product specifications.
Required Qualifications
- A master's degree in civil engineering or a related field; PE license is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong emphasis on concrete design and technologies.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration, showing the ability to work effectively with teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel as required, 20% - 30% travel expected.
