We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in structural design and analysis, and experience in project leadership responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Coach, mentor, train, and lead a department
- Manage project workflow
- Collaborate across multiple design teams
- Ensure compliance with Federal regulations
- Oversees detailed structural analysis and design for a wide range of large-scale projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- PE required with the ability to be licensed in all 50 states
- 10-15 years of structural engineering experience
- Proficiency in Ram Structures/Elements, TEDDS, Hilti Profis, L-Pile and more
- Previous experience in management and team building
