Bennett and Game are representing an award-winning consultancy based in Bristol, who are seeking a structural engineer to join the team. Founded in 2007, this company is a dynamic and growing civil and structural engineering consultancy specialising in residential, office, public sector, and commercial projects. They are a close-knit team of engineers, who are looking for the right candidate to come onboard to support their growing workload.
Structural Engineer Salary & Benefits
- Salary £28,000 - £38,000, depending on experience

- Liaising with the whole project team internally and with clients

- Site visits
- Structural surveying and report writing
- Engage in a broad range of projects, from single-dwelling residential builds to large-scale commercial developments
- Flexibility with start and finish times, around the core working hours of Monday to Friday 9.30am to 4.30pm, with some hybrid working possible
- Employed on a permanent contract, working 37.5 hours per week
- MSc in structural/civil engineering plus 2-4 years relevant post-graduate experience
- A goal of achieving Chartership
- Knowledge of steel, concrete, timber, and load-bearing masonry structures
- Experience with relevant computer software, preferably BIM/Revit and 3D modelling
- Ability to design to the Eurocodes
