We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Structural Coordinator to manage the timely request, tracking, and uploading of engineering letters and affidavits for residential solar installations. This role is essential to ensuring that structural documentation is accurately processed and readily available to support permitting, inspections, and project execution. The ideal candidate will possess a background in construction or solar operations, demonstrate strong communication skills, and excel at managing administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Request structural engineering letters and affidavits from engineering partners in a timely and organized manner.
Monitor the status of outstanding documentation and follow up consistently to prevent project delays.
Upload all engineering letters and affidavits to designated platforms or portals with accuracy and efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all structural documentation is complete and accessible throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain clear and professional communication with vendors, engineering partners, and internal staff.
Foster positive working relationships with colleagues and external partners to support workflow efficiency.
Track and report on document status and completion timelines as requested.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction, solar, or a related operational or administrative role.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, across phone, email, and text platforms.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred.
High attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.
Collaborative mindset with a focus on accountability, accuracy, and team support.
