As a Strength & Conditioning Coach at Monarch Athletic Club, you will join a multi-disciplinary team of medical and fitness professionals dedicated to redefining health and wellness delivery. This role is situated in an intimate and collaborative learning environment, where you will have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues from various disciplines to enhance the overall fitness and well-being of our members. Your primary focus will be on executing personalized training programs that cater to the unique needs of each individual, ensuring they achieve their fitness goals effectively and safely. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting up to 35 training sessions per week, utilizing the TrueCoach programming platform to track and manage client progress. You will construct individualized training programs for over 10 Monarch members, tailoring each program to their specific fitness levels and objectives. Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the Monarch Medical and Physical Therapy departments to ensure a holistic approach to health and fitness. Requirments:
- Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Human Performance, or related program
- Possess a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification
- At least 3 years of experience working in personal training, collegiate athletic performance, or professional strength & conditioning
