POSITION SUMMARY:
The Street Sweeper Operator is responsible for safely operating a Class B Street sweeper for construction, commercial, industrial sites and roadways.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Operate full-size commercial street sweeper and related equipment to sweep and clean streets
Performs required pre-trip & post trip inspections and provides required reports
Provides outstanding customer service during sweeping operations
Maintains all required certifications required by DOT
Adheres to all OSHA and company safety programs
Maintains and protects all property
Informs on-duty mechanic of any maintenance issues with equipment and/or vehicles
Maintains various records and/or logs as needed per DOT regulations
Fuels, washes, and conducts preventable maintenance on truck at the end of each workday
Communicates professionally and effectively with management, employees, and customers
Requirements:
Have a valid Minnesota CDL Class B
- Must have 2 or more years of experience driving commercial vehicles
- Ability to pass a DOT physical and maintain a valid health card and license
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds
- Driver must be 18 years old per DOT.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Compensation details: 31.27-44.67 Hourly Wage
