Program Overview About The Role Peraton is seeking a Strategy Systems Analyst who will support and lead the optimization and improvement of data systems that enable strategic decision making for various customer / market segments / accounts across the Peraton enterprise. Your responsibilities within this role may include- Being responsible for managing, optimizing and ensuring data organization and retrieval
Designing and delivering analysis via innovative visualization methods (i.e., PowerBi dashboards)
Partnering with business sector & enterprise strategy teams to collect, manage, and analyze data that support thoughtful and actionable market segment go-to-market strategies
Driving continuous improvement and identification of automation / enhancements in business processes
Qualifications Minimum requirements: BS/BA degree in business/economics/finance/data science/information systems or related degree
Strong proficiency in MS Office products, advanced skills in MS Excel (formulas and macros)
Ability to collect, analyze and synthesize business and marketing insights from multiple sources
Experience with database models and data / configuration management
Experience with data visualization tools, especially PowerBI
US Citizen with the ability/desire to obtain a security clearance in the future.
Additional desired qualifications: Undergraduate GPA: 3.5+
Dynamic self-starter with strong attention to detail, strong work ethic to handle multiple priorities while meeting specified deadlines
Graduate-level degree
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Active Secret, Top Secret, or TS/SCI security clearance is a plus
Application Programming Interface (API) experience is a plus
