Strategy & Operations Analyst:


Drive our firm's efficiency and client satisfaction by implementing technology, optimizing workflows, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This on-site role requires expertise in CRM integration, process automation, and performance metric management. You'll be key in our operational connection with Anderson Business Advisors and in meeting the Managing Partner's operational needs for effective subscription service delivery.


What You'll Do:

  • Salesforce CRM: Implement and manage our CRM for estate planning, non-profit, and tax law, integrating it with existing systems and providing staff training.
  • Process & Automation: Design and automate workflows within our CRM to boost efficiency and handle tasks like client follow-ups and renewals. Continuously refine processes.
  • Performance & Reporting: Track KPIs for client satisfaction, efficiency, and finances. Generate reports with actionable insights for leadership. Analyze CRM data for improvement opportunities.
  • Client Relations: Be the operational contact for Anderson Business Advisors, ensuring their needs are met with high-quality service. Monitor and enhance client experience.
  • Operational Leadership: Partner with the Managing Partner and supervising attorney to develop operational strategies. Manage resources and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage vendor contracts for cost-effective services.
  • Compliance & Risk: Ensure adherence to regulations and internal policies. Develop risk management and business continuity plans.


What You Bring:


Required:

  • Strategy & Operations Expertise: 2-5+ years in strategy, operations, and project management, with strong CRM (Salesforce preferred) implementation and management experience.
  • CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics, Oracle), including customization, workflow automation, and system integration.
  • Process Innovation: Proven ability to design and automate efficient workflows within CRM.
  • Client Focus: Strong client relationship management skills, ideally in B2C legal services.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Proficient in data analysis, KPI development, and generating actionable reports.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage projects and resources effectively in a B2C services setting.
  • Operational Acumen: Deep understanding of operational management, preferably within a subscription model.
  • Location: Willingness to work on-site in Draper, Utah.

Bonus Points:

  • Project Management (PMP or similar) certification.
  • Experience integrating various technology platforms.
  • Strong focus on enhancing customer service in a legal or professional services environment.
  • Experience developing and implementing risk management strategies in a professional services firm.
  • Legal industry experience, particularly in estate planning or tax law.
