Strategy Consultant with Security Clearance

Clearance: TS/SCI FSP Rover 1 is looking for problem solvers to help their clients achieve key mission objectives in terms of operations management, organizational change and work force efficiency. Consultants at Rover 1 are expected to develop and leverage decision frameworks that translate complex, ambiguous decisions to well thought out, data-driven hypothesis. Responsibilities:
Leading cross-functional teams with little direction throughout complex projects
Planning and executing projects to include timeline, scope, business case, and deliverables
Facilitating meetings with senior level clients
Performing analysis using qualitative and quantitative data
Presenting data findings to clients
Communicating effectively with teammates, clients, and customers Qualifications:
- Bachelor's of Science (BS) in Engineering, Finance, or Management
- 3+ years experience in a consulting role applying decision frameworks
- Ability to use Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to create client ready deliverables Desired:
- Master's in Business Administration (MBA)
- 6+ years experience as a strategy consultant
- Proficient with Excel
- Proficient with Data Visualization tools such a Tableau
- Strong Data Analytics background
- PMP certified
