Job Purpose
We have an exciting new role based full-time in Dubai. As a Strategy and Business Improvement Manager, you will manage and develop the long-term business improvement strategy by reviewing strategic and operational practices, identifying more efficient ways of conducting business for dnata's Asia Pacific and Middle East & Africa regions. You will oversee cross-departmental strategic and productivity improvements.

In This Role, You Will
  • Support the definition of the region's strategy, including target markets, growth of high-margin services, cost efficiency, and transformation plans.
  • Manage internal business units and external stakeholders to ensure project acceptance and participation, leveraging synergies across business areas.
  • Recommend industry best practices to enhance systems, processes, and structures, serving as an expert resource for process improvement.
  • Lead business improvement projects, including business development and M&A initiatives, through to implementation.
  • Benchmark industry standards and initiate trials for process improvements, incorporating customer and dnata perspectives.
  • Support M&A activities from target identification to post-acquisition integration.
  • Advise management on process improvements, influencing senior stakeholders and revising practices for cost savings and tangible results.
  • Coordinate with support functions to ensure effective implementation of strategies.
  • Develop relationships with internal departments and external suppliers.
  • Identify new opportunities for cost containment, productivity, and efficiency improvements.
  • Lead and support change management processes aligned with strategic plans.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or Honours
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in P&L management
  • Proficiency in Office suites
  • Knowledge of business improvement processes
  • Project management skills with experience managing programs and projects
You Will Have An Edge, If You Have
  • Experience in Aviation, Ground Handling, or Airport Operations
  • Management consulting background
  • Skills in Lean, Six Sigma, or process mapping tools
