Every customer comes to us with their problem: hiring top talent, fast. One day it's building an AI engineering team with security clearance in D.C., the next it's finding rare scientists in LATAM. You'll be leading the charge ?.
- Own and lead strategic recruiting projects from A to Z ?
- Collaborate with a network of elite recruiters to get results fast ?
- Be the customer's champion across ops, product, and leadership ?
- Drive outcomes that make customers say "How did we ever do this without you?" ?
- 1-5 years of experience in ops, account management, or product
- Proven ability to manage client-facing projects end-to-end
- Strong communication, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset ?
- A natural self-starter who thrives with autonomy ?
