Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI and if directed, willingness to submit to CI polygraph. SRG is seeking a senior-level manager to lead the integration and execution of all activities under the SpOC Strategic Plans, Policy, and Integration task order. This individual will serve as the primary technical expert and site representative, ensuring full compliance with United States Space Force (USSF) requirements while maintaining seamless coordination with HQ SpOC S55 leadership. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, deep expertise in strategic planning and policy integration, and the ability to effectively align mission objectives with evolving operational priorities. Position Responsibilities: Strategic Planning Development: Lead the formulation, review, and coordination of joint plans, contingency plans, Continuity of Operations (COOP) efforts, and other mission planning requirements.
Policy & Doctrine Integration: Analyze and interpret evolving DoD, DAF, and USSF strategy and guidance to ensure SpOC plans are aligned with higher headquarters intent and doctrine.
Operational Support: Act as the focal SME during working groups, Operational Planning Teams (OPTs), and mission analysis engagements.
Staffing Correspondence: Ensure all plans are properly staffed, adjudicated, and delivered with high fidelity for GO/SES-level endorsement.
Readiness: Support planning alignment with USSF readiness efforts and COOP activities.
Campaign Plan Assessments: Evaluate Combatant Command plans monthly and provide recommendations on the implications for the Space Force mission.
Document Production & Deliverables: Draft and submit all required deliverables (MSRs, trip reports, etc.), and maintain planning trackers and readiness dashboards. Required Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in Joint or Combatant Command-level planning and strategy.
Extensive experience with Joint planning, COOP, and strategy and policy analysis.
Demonstrated performance in A&AS or HQ staff environments (OSD, Joint Staff, or Component-level preferred).
Skilled in leading cross-functional planning teams and adjudicating executive-level documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, classified documentation handling, and formal staffing packages.
Active Top Secret/SCI and if directed, willingness to submit to CI polygraph.
