In this dynamic role as a Strategic Partner Account Manager, you will become an expert in business management across numerous industries. You will manage Odoo's diverse partnership network where our partners incorporate Odoo's products and services into their business models, creating new revenue opportunities. You will work closely with partners to pursue leads, assess project requirements, deliver compelling demonstrations, and finalize deals. You'll gain diverse management insights and see how Odoo's extensive suite of applications (over 50.) can solve various business needs.

Responsibilities: - Train partners in effective Odoo software sales and implementation strategies.
- Coach partners to improve their sales processes and overall performance.
- Encourage continuous learning and skill enhancement among partners.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners for ongoing success.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding partnerships.
- Collaborate with partners to tailor implementation packages that meet end customer needs.
- Negotiate software requirements and agreements to align with partner and customer expectations.
- Streamline operational processes for improved efficiency.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among partners, internal teams, and customers.
- Spot opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Work with executives to understand customer needs and position Odoo software as a competitive edge.
- Contribute to developing customer-centric strategies.
Must-Have: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Fluency in Spanish (professional or native/bilingual).
- Passion for software products.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Strong communication skills.
Nice to Have: - Experience with ERP systems.
- Background in a SaaS company.
- Immediate availability.
- Proficiency in additional languages, preferably French.

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is
$70,000-$90,000 OTE (on-target earnings), with a base salary range of $50,000-$70,000. Actual salaries may vary based on education, training, experience, achievements, business needs, and location.
